Good info...clutch/throttle and rear brakes. with a torquey bike, i.e. MT09, CB650 etc, what gear for such slow turn, 1st gear for these bikes, i find my hands grip so hard on the throttle, a quick sneeze or a fart, one will open the throttle in no time. and since one is making turning our hands need to be flexible, unlike straight road...

I miss riding in CA. In Texas there’s zero helmet law but lane splitting is illegal. You’re forbidden from doing the safer thing but no one cares if you’re helmetless and way more dangerous

My first motorcycle is a bmw r1250r... Or I had a 50cc when I was 16-18 years. Now I'm 49 and finally got around too get a mc. I'm doing great on my bmw, but I'm riding normal. The crazy youth driving is long gone 😅

I am about to demo this bike next week coming from a Triumph Trident 660 which only has 85HP. I've been riding for 2 years and have taken 4 classes so far (beginners, intermediate twice and an advanced course), anything I should know coming from a middleweight bike to this before I demo it?

This is just plain wrong. If your clutch is well worn the bite point will move further to your grip, yes you can adjust it but eventually you're out of adjustments. I have also ridden on bikes where bite point was close to the grip from factory.
